The building the auction is being held is the 1st street clinic building outlined in RED. Directly to the right is Lot 26 which will be reserved for the auction. For large vehicles, there is a very large lot about 5 blocks away that is available for use as well - lot 9 - shown at the top of the attached map. The yellow line indicates the route from the lot to the building entrance. There is public road parking that you can utilize as well, up to you! After auction loading area is available. Former Hearthstone Cafeteria is selling all its equipment. Everything must go!! Come ready to haul! Items must be removed that day. Some items are build in so come prepared. List of items include Ansul system, walk in refrigerator and freezer, grill, prep tables, dishwasher, rice makers, panni makers, industrial pizza oven, tables, chairs etc... viewing opens at 10AM.
